1. General Information
These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between the artist (“I”, “me”, or “the artist”) and the client (“you” or “the client”) for any artistic commission work requested.
By commissioning any artwork, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms.2. Commission Requests
Commission requests can be made via [email protected], or via direct message to my social media.
Please provide clear and detailed information about the artwork you desire. This includes references, character descriptions, preferred style, color palette, and any other specifics.
I reserve the right to refuse any commission request if it violates my personal values, involves illegal content, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate. This is determined by me, and I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.3. Pricing & Payment
The price for a commission will be determined based on the complexity, style, and size of the requested work.
An initial payment is required via the following methodsFIAT:

- Skrill
- Xoom
- XE
- Yape
- PlinCryptocurrencies
- LTC
- BTC
- ETH
- SOL
- BCH
- XMR
- AVAXOther payment methods may be considered upon negotiationThe price will be quoted before you agree to proceed.
An extra $150 fee will be applied if the client requests artwork depicting "Blacked","BBC" or any type of sexual raceplay.Prices are subject to change, but any price changes will only apply to future commissions, not those that have already been agreed upon.4. Work Process & Deadlines
After receiving payment and the necessary details, I will begin work on your commission.I will provide updates on the progress, including a rough sketch for approval, lines, flats and shades.A timeline for completion will be provided, but please note that commissions can go for several weeks depending on the complexity and current workload.
If there are any delays or unforeseen circumstances, I will notify you promptly and provide an updated timeline.5. Usage Rights
You will receive a high-resolution, lossless, digital file of the final artwork.The artwork is for personal use only unless agreed upon otherwise in writing. Personal use includes display, printing for personal purposes, and sharing on social media with proper credit.
Commercial usage (such as using the artwork for merchandise, advertising, etc.) must be negotiated separately and will incur additional charges.I retain the right to display the artwork in my portfolio and for promotional purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise in the agreement. If you decide not to allow me to publish the artwork in my portfolio or for promotional purposes, an additional fee of +$10 will be applied.You will not use the artwork for any AI training models, LLM’s or virtual learning algorithms. doing so will revoke your right to get more commissions from me or anyone else in the future.6. Copyright
I retain full copyright over the artwork unless a separate agreement for full copyright transfer is made.You may not sell, redistribute, or claim the artwork as your own creation.You are granted permission to use the artwork for personal or non-commercial purposes, but credit to me as the artist is required.7. Cancellation & Refunds
If you wish to cancel your commission before I begin working on it, you are entitled to a full refund.If I have already started work on the commission, I will offer a partial refund based on the amount of work completed. For example, if I’ve finished the sketch, a partial refund may apply.Refunds will not be issued once the artwork is completed and delivered.
If I am unable to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances, I will refund you the full amount or offer to transfer the payment to a future commission.8. Disclaimer
I reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms of Service at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately.By commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree to the most current version of these Terms.
